My walking log from last year
My friends Atmasamarpan, Shardul and I have begun a self-transcendence walking project called 'The Footfalls Club'. The idea is to complete 3,100,000 steps before the 24th of February - which marks the end of our meditation teacher Sri Chinmoy's Christmas vacation. We are all non-runners, but want to do something to increase our fitness and inspiration as we all spend long hours at the desk these days. Can we do it? Will we go beyond our initial goal? Only time will tell! Keep an eye on the walking logs of my pedestrian buddies Shardul and Atmasamarpan.
